During our first session, we’ll:

Begin setting gentle goals together
Take things at your pace — there’s no pressure to “open up” right away
What to bring:
Just yourself, a quiet space, and maybe a notebook. You’re welcome to show up as you are — camera on or off, cozy clothes, messy bun — it’s your time.
